Registration Process

  • Registration fee rates are applicable only if payment is completed within the corresponding rate period. Failure to do so will require registration at the subsequent rate level.   • If you are Korean and want to pay in Korean won(KRW), please set your country as South Korea.

Note: Accompanying persons" typically refers to the participant's family members, and the fee does NOT include access to academic sessions.

Payment method

    By Credit Card

  • Accepted Cards: VISA, MASTER, JCB, and AMEX. The merchant name on your credit card statement will appear as ‘Eximbay’ for international attendees and ‘Toss Payments’ for domestic attendees. In the rare case of a rejected online credit/debit card payment, delegates are advised to:
    • 1. Return to their online registration profile and retry the payment.
    • 2. If the issue persists, contact their card issuer/bank to check for any restrictions on the online transaction.
    • 3. Once resolved, the payment can be processed through the online payment gateway.

  • The sender should pay all bank remittance charges.

Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation must be directed to the Secretariat by e-mail (icoiap2025@gmail.com).
  • The cancellation dates are based on Korean Standard Time. (KST, UTC+09:00)
  • Registration fee is refundable after deducting any necessary expenses already incurred.
  • There will be no refund for a “NO SHOW” registrant, and the organizers will not entertain requests to mail out conference publications and materials to such individuals.
  • If you use a wire transfer to pay, the transaction fee will also be deducted from the registration fee

    Certification from the Leading Dental Implant Organization

    Advanced credentials with ICOI communicate to your patients and your peers that you’ve achieved a standard of excellence within your field worthy of commendation. We developed this voluntary advanced credentialing system to ensure that patients are able to receive consistent and reliable procedures and treatments.

    • ICOI Fellowship : $600 / Active ICOI Membership - All members who place implants, restore implants and/or fabricate implant prostheses ICOI Fellowship – ICOI
    • ICOI Mastership : $600 / Active ICOI Membership and Active ICOI Fellowship - All members who restore implants or fabricate implant prostheses ICOI Mastership – ICOI
    • ICOI Diplomate : $1250 / Active ICOI Membership and Active ICOI Fellowship or ICOI Mastership - ALL members who place AND/OR restore implants.
