Presentation Time

- It varies per speakers, please check your time in the program.(<- Click to open)
- The presentation time includes question & answer time.
- All presenters are requested to strictly observe their assigned presentation time.
- Please be in the session room at least 10 minutes before the session starts to check your presentation is working well.

Presentation Preparation

- Ratio: 16:9 format is highly recommended.
- If you are going to use MAC, please bring PDF version for just in case.
- There is no specified template for this congress.
- If the presentations including the movies/animations, all the files concerned must be copied in a folder of your own made.

Session Room Equipment

- A laptop will be installed in each session room for presentations.
- Video, Audio, projector and Screen will be provided during the sessions.
- Speakers can bring his/her own laptop for the presentation. In this case, it takes time to connect and operation checking, please come to session room during the break time before your presentation time.

The official Language is English.
